I've been to quite a few furniture stores lately searching for a sofa and this one is by far my favorite! The selection is great, the prices are the best in the area, and Theresa is fantastic!! We had two salespeople help us (two different days and one was off on second day). Both Scott and Jacob were wonderful in guiding us through their overwhelming collection of furniture and giving highlights of each. They have levels of cost whether you want inexpensive furniture to last a few years to mid grade that should last a long while to top of the line expensive furniture that you can hand down to your kids. They have it all! They were very knowledgeable with their brands and gave us our space to really finalize our decision on our own. I would highly recommend Furniture Fair in Beavercreek to anyone wanting quality furniture that will last.

We separate new furniture from the old to be sure we are delivering your brand-new items free of dirt, odors, or damage that may be caused by something removed from someone else’s home.
Yes, we do offer a Removal Service. For sanitary/hygienic reasons, the Removal Service is provided by a separate truck from our Delivery Service Vehicles. This assures that your new furniture will not be sharing a truck with used items from other people's homes. The service charge for the removal of one item is $59.00 or $99.00 for multiple items
We will email and text you the night before at 7 pm providing you with the 2-hour window.
If the merchandise is in stock & within that day’s delivery area, we have next day delivery as an option. As long as the order is processed before 5pm the day before delivery.
Our trucks are routed by a computerized routing system which gives a 2-hour time frame based on when our truck is in your area. A separate truck is sent to do timed deliveries resulting in higher costs.
We also offer a “Custom Window” delivery as well as a “Select Morning/Afternoon” delivery. Our “Custom Window” delivery is $179.99 and allows you to pick the 2-hour window within our normal delivery hours. The “Select Morning/Afternoon” delivery is $149.99 and allows you to pick whether your delivery will arrive in the AM or PM.
Our In Carton Curbside Delivery Service is $29.99 and it comes unassembled, in carton delivered either curbside, on your porch, in your garage or to the threshold of your home. You will still receive on the evening prior to your delivery a courtesy email and text message to inform you of the scheduled two-hour time frame in which your items will arrive at your home.
Our Preferred Delivery Service is $119.99 and you will receive a Delivery Verification Call to verify or change the delivery information (delivery date, address, directions, and the items to be delivered). Prior to leaving our warehouse your furniture will be assembled and inspected by our professionals. On the evening prior to your delivery we will send a courtesy email and text message to inform you of the scheduled two-hour time frame in which our Professional Delivery Team will arrive at your home.
We don’t pull the merchandise until you are here so that nothing happens to it while it is sitting on the dock.
An email and text message will go out to you once the merchandise arrives at your requested pick up location.
We have no way to give those but we can give you the measurements of the piece and add a few inches to that to cover packaging.
