Absolutely terrible! Don't stay here!! A few highlights... The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the door didn't lock, the toilet was broken, the sheets had holes in them, the entire room was dirty, stains everywhere, the windows didn't have any curtains, and based on other reviews I learned that cockroaches are common... Glad we left!

I mThToved in 10/2020 the room was dirty i had to clean it when i checked in. They offered comparable pricing for monthly when i first arrived but soon thier management changed. I love Carrie the onsite manager she works hard to try to address everyones concerns fairly. However The owner of the property Lucy has absolutly no respect for her customers she allows new employees to disrespect customers and violate thier privacy. The rules change to accomadate the owners. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. they had roaches in room already but tried to blame them on me. I also witnessed multi[le roomes with bed bugs. This entire hotel is infested and the owners refuse to put any money into the hotel to fix the current problems souroundeing this propertie. They do not respect your rights as an american.
