It's solid housing. Rent assistance regulated by HUD It's as clean as people help keep it. Very few times i can recall with out power or hotwater Office staff is professional maintenance hard working Things break thru wear and tear but its not common for the issuse to be left unfixed. Safty Grading from FIRE Sprinkler heads (my apt) 8 total Alarms up to code and functional Safety auto close door synchronized with fire alarm system WWFD response is Quick, Organized, and Heavy (❤) Safty Grading Security Cameras are placed but not effective High traffic of typical urban diseases and illness (drugs alcohol ect) A general fear of hard and burglary amongst residents in majority Lack of community policing and public safety coordination from the over taxed WWPD Most act know are in-house and minor petty of nature only a few of serious concern, but these often are resolve quickly. It still get 5 stars overall

Yeah, they gots 2 bedrooms. Rent is 1025 last i check, fair market value. Unless u in the hud program thats different.
You do NOT want to live there, the management sucks, the maintenance team aren't very skilled in their work, and they don't follow HUD regulations at all. My mother lives there, and I've been trying to talk her into moving out. They aren't very good at complying with reasonable accommodations, even with medical documentation to back up the requests.
It is a place that is where you pay ,1third of your income to rent with heat and electricity included. Great Deal
