This used to be a good business but as of Today they have people that are deceitful misleading and will no longer back there shipping errors. I received a .060 piece of Stainless steel 24x36 that came out of its box upon inspection the plate was bowed. I SENT THEM pictures they offer 87.00 dollars off I told them I wanted another plate they played games asking for more pictures I reach a point of them that I called my credit card company. Do not TRUST THEM .

Honestly, this purchase experience I must state is my best experience. I had an issue with the purchase, mainly during shipment (damage to the merchandise), so I got in touch with their customer service dept. The people I've come in contact with were extremely nice. This has been the best customer service experience "EVER" in my life. They're fast, caring.
