We were in town for a family wedding so we had several rooms for different families. They were all very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. One thing that is especially important for me is the comfort of the mattresses. They are extremely comfortable, even for someone with back issues. I would definitely stay here again.

It was excellent because the staff was super helpful specifically Jessica. She made my check in smooth and my stayed was excellent. The place was clean and Jessica would always ask if I was comfortable as I stay there( not overwhelming). I would keep going there to stay as long as Jessica works there. She even let me borrow some paper and pen as I was writing some directions from my boss. Thank you Jessica.

We stayed from the 7th of September to the 14th of September. Everything was great . Clean room every day , VERY nice staff from the maids to front desk. Every body we met was so friendly. We will stay there again. Great breakfast and great coffee.

Third time we've stayed at this hotel for an extended period. The hotel had been recently renovated so it was like being in a brand new building. The breakfast buffet was adequate and the staff was friendly and attentive. If I could be critical of anything it would be the very high height of the queen beds and the very low height of the toilets. Also, it would have been nice if a horizontal grab handle had been added to the shower in addition to the vertical one at the faucet end. Of course, being senior citizens, we are more sensitive to such things. Since we have family in the area we will no doubt be returning to Portland for another stay. I'm sure we will end up at this hotel again because it is definitely in our comfort zone. Maybe next time we will ask if there are any rooms more suited to a couple of old fuddy duddies.
