No. Only a doctor can prescribe a medical use card, but you don't need a medical card in MA any more. When you go in, they will ask you "medical or adult use/recreational?" Your answer will determine what products are offered to you, but even the recreational products are far superior to what you'll get any other way. To buy, you simply need to have a license from any state and a debit card (I don't think credit cards are accepted).
That is like asking "how much for lager beer" Quality makes a difference in price.
