If I could put zero starts I would. This was the worst retail experience of my life. The manager of this facility was unbearably rude, members of my wedding party I could not stand to hear this man, point to a person with us and say they can fit fat men into suits and made all of the people from our party uncomfortable. Excluding and pointing out people is uncalled for. You can simply say you can accommodate for all parties. Not point at people and to throw digs about size. After explaining how I felt about our experience he continued to get in my face a to come with us down the elevator and continue to neglect to acknowledge how his potential wedding party felt. After he was six inches from my face in the elevator yelling at me he said to look at all of his lovely reviews. After he became argumentative and follow me into the elevator I felt extremely uncomfortable especially due to him in my face and there not being enough space for all 5 people to fit into the elevator. He specifically did that because he was upset with what I told him. Have self control and respect your customers who are looking to buy several suits. Just to add being you cannot respond to comments… My review as it reads was professional, like myself and my guests. This owner/manager jumps to his defense and quotes me saying the word “diss”. I must let you know my vast vocabulary has much more appropriate words to use when it comes to how we were treated. You may try to make me look uneducated by quoting adjectives I never used, but in reality it just shows yourself as a businessman. As you continue to paint your own narrative of negative experiences with your guests the reviews left speak volumes to the customer service you hold. This man will invalidate your experience to show himself in a more favorable manner. Be careful when planning for weddings, I wouldn’t want others to experience anything like my party did-or like any of the other negative reviews I’ve since seen.

This is a wonderful mens store with knowledgeable staff. My husband was shopping for new clothes for a new job and Richard and Nathan helped him find flattering, fashion forward ensembles that suited his job but supported self expression. It was probably his best mens shopping experience to date. What a wonderful find in Providence.

Had a great experience working with Roger and the crew. Great experience all the way around. From the initial consultation, tailoring, final fitting and picking up our suits they were very personable and friendly. Had a lot of fun and laughs working with a great group of people. Highly recommend Franklin Rogers Ltd for any occasion.

My daughter was in a wedding party today, and the suit my son-in-law brought from MO to RI was too small. So while my daughter was getting ready at the venue, I took my son-in-law to Franklin Rogers. The service was top notch!! Nathan Viveiros found a beautiful blue suit for him along with a pocket square, shirt, socks, tie and shoes. I’m sure he was the best dressed man at the wedding. They even tailored it and had it ready in about 4 hours, just when we needed it. I would highly recommend this store and it’s employees! Thank you so much Nathan!!

We follow a stringent set of guidelines to keep the store clean. We practice social distancing. we have spacing markers on the floor. We wash all surfaces several times daily. We have curbside pickup. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the store. All employees and customers must wear masks at all times. Mases are available for customers.
Don't know. But they could run a $5 suit deal and it wouldn't be worth it.
This place has a variety of suits if they don't have it there they will help you find it, the staff is very well informed on suits quality and prices and where to get them
