Yes. Parking at the Whole Foods lot is $3 if you don't buy anything, $2 if you do but are there longer than 1 1/2 hours and FREE if you buy something and are in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. Re. the purchase minimum, it's officially $10 to get your parking ticket validated but nicer cashiers will validate you if you're under. It is easy, however, to reach the $10 min. at Whole Paycheck. ;)
