After ordering and being told 20 minutes, I waited over an hour for my food to arrive. I called twice in that time asking when my food would be here. The fried rice has no flavor and the chicken (I ordered bourbon chicken) is rubbery. The only thing that was good was the egg drop soup. Don't waste your money or your time ordering from here.

If you're hypersensitive you may not want to call here. During the lunch rush, there is a female employee that is a wee bit curt with customers when they call to place orders. To some degree, I understand she's trying to manage a large volume of calls and people who are there in person to place orders. Most of all, these are the customers you longed for to keep your business afloat so it may bode well to try a little patience and show some appreciation for those who do business here. They are quick with preparing orders. It may not take that long for your items to be prepared but calling ahead is encouraged to get in and get out. One thing that bothered me is that although indoor dining is not allowed at this time, the area looked like a catch all for random storage with items in disarray. If you have a paper menu, there are promotions based on the amount you spend. Daily lunch specials are available and you can order the dinner specials all day. Limited parking that is shared with a laundromat next door. I ordered the beef with broccoli that came with fried rice. It was flavorful and tasted as I imagined it would. The bourbon chicken lunch special also came with fried rice but would have been better with a little more sauce but my son enjoyed it. Capable of accepting contactless pay, credit cards and cash for your payment options. There was no charge to pay via credit card but check to verify if there is a spend minimum to use credit. Not a terrible visit but hoping that the clutter was a one off thing.
