I've loved Zero's for a long time... Pretty much my favorite sub. The last three times I've ordered from this location nobody answers the phone for an order (either just rings and rings and rings or goes straight to voicemail) and I'm required to go to the store to place an order and then wait for it. And there's only been one person working in the store.
