Casa Pools designed our pool and spa. The cage took a little longer than they thought due to covid material shortages, but they got it up for us. There was an issue with the pump, which they repaired right away, and once we called to let them know of the pavers settling, they came out the very next day, despite saying it could take a bit before they got to us. Jerry, Mark, Stephanie and the rest of the staff have been fantastic to work with. We couldn't be happier!

Cant say enough good about Brad. He knows his stuff and was very patient with my wife and I. We kept changing plans and adding options and he was super cool about it. He has helped me every step of the way with my questions or concerns and he knows every detail of the build.

Brand new pool and we have had pavers falling in after 6months. They came out once already to fix pavers now they say it’s past a year so I’m responsible for them myself. Seriously has not been 2 years putting in a brand new pool and look at the pavers in picture. Their quality is trash and you can tell they use the cheapest contractors. There is at least 40 pavers falling in. Stay away from this company!
