Wanted to make sure I tried Mike’s during my visit to boston. I had a standard ricotta cannoli. It was good, but the cannoli is too big (too much cream) in my opinion. They have a variety of flavors as well as other sweets. $5.50 for all cannolis $2.50 for a cup of coffee. Also not sure why the box gets tied with string - seems inefficient for service and was annoying to take off.

Wow. That's real cannoli. Don't know about other pastries there but this is really all about cannoli. They have maybe a dozen different types. The most popular being the chocolate chip one. I got the Florentine, which is basically a chocolate chip cannolo with a shell that's been soaked in honey and has been hardened and caramelized somehow. Wow. Sugar high for sure 😃 Great texture with the extra crunchy shell. The ricotta filling is sweet but not overly so. Family from the area brought me here, and they've been coming here forever.

The cannoli were delicious. We tried the Hazelnut cannoli and the expresso cannoli. We went to the store at Cambridge in the afternoon and it did not have a line so we got cannolis immediately. It is very rich so one might be enough.
