Garbage company. I bought a defective recliner. The warranty service is utterly atrocious. It’s been broken since Jan 2022 and here I am in July still waiting on my THIRD repair visit to actually fix this thing. Every time I call the warranty line I have to sit on hold for 45 minutes. They literally just don’t care about customer service once you bought the furniture.
