Unfortunately, only one of two places I can stop to use restroom because of my long route. I now drive past it due to staff not even acknowledging us. Whether we buy something or not, they don't speak. Won't even say the total. I let them …Elle, we're very sorry to hear this. That certainly isn't the service you should expect from our shops and we assure you the District Manager will be addressing this.
