Great security staff downstairs. The building is clean and modern. The training area is neat and clean, the bathroom is clean, well maintained and stocked and the building personnel are attentive and professional. A nice visit.🤗Thank you.

My elderly neighbor needs help she lives alone and in a hoarding situation. Her house is in terrible condition. I believe she doesn’t have running water or electricity. She will not allow anyone into the home to help. Who can I reach out to?

My friend is 104 and is as smart as can be but her hearing aids have "died" and she will need a new test and new hearing aids. She is not walking very well and needs help getting down 2 flights of steps and then to the hearing doctor and back.

Why aren't centers giving out membership cards? I was told to cut out the paper address from the menu and use that. I belong to about 6 or 7 centers. I was told by 3 that they do not give out them out. What is the problem here? Paper crumbles fast

Centers stopped issuing membership cards when dfta started using the scanner centers give scanner cards for your key chain ask a staff member to give you a business card and laminate it for you
Why do they have directors that could not care less about the people they are suppose to serve. There is no common sense and no real caring.
