Family owned, Friendly staff, Proper cleaning and sterilization, and THE BEST in North Adams, Ma/Berkshires. I used to drive to Springfield MA before finding creative nails because when you pay for services you want them to be correct and nothing in the Berkshires/local VT that tops this nail salons. Id strongly recommend calling in advance because they are busy and people book a month or more in advance to secure their appointments. 10/10 on all accounts.

Nicole was awesome. I showed her a picture off pinterest and she did better than the references. She heard my worries, laughed with my partner and I and really made us feel welcome. Even helped me find better colors to make it pop. I never get my nails done, had a bad experience at another place and was scared to try again. But this place is beginner friendly and are awesome at making you comfortable. Would recommend to anybody

Clean!!! Love it here! Everyone should try the deluxe pedicure! The massaging chairs are a great feature while having your pedicure. I love my gel polish too! This place is always inviting with a warm welcome.
