I have been dealing with this management for years. and working with Henry Rosa has been the worst experience a tenant can ever imagine. He is disrespectful, waited months to respond to a a HPD complaint I put in. works with a lawyer who supports anything he does as well, it is crazy. transferred me into a bigger apartment and charged me much more, He should be fired! he is not professional at all, does not respond, I keep all emails on him with all of the staff there as well. his own staff can't deal with him at all, he must be related to someone in Acacia to still be there. Yeah I hope you read this Henry, you have to be no you are the WORST property Manager I have ever seen. and what you do to the elderly in this building is disgusting, your threats will be exposed to the city.
