Not sure if you are allowed to bring gifts for the band. Backpacks are allowed but they will be searched by Security before you enter the building. Yes there is a coat check.

Depends on the night, I usually go there on weekends so I just use street parking.

Usually starts 20-30 minutes before the end of the show. Lines can get crazy, so try to be there before the crowd

I didn't see a basement deal anymore, it's more one main stage upstairs and a big bar/open space downstairs. Definitely still a great sound-system and pretty amazing light show upstairs. I think they're trying to find the space between a rave and a nightclub. The bathrooms are seriously improved 😂 I had a good time, not like the old days but I'm also old now lol hope that was helpful

Right across the street were building a Moxy Hotel. Should be operational in the summer. Closest open hotel is Hyatt Union Square 2 blocks away. (Webster Hall still under ronnovation)

I work across the street. They were under rennovation but a couple of days ago it got quiet. There is a possibility.
