You have an outstanding staff at the Cheney location. We work down the road and order about once every 1 - 2 months. Not one time has our order been messed up. Matthew and Carly were there today. I was late picking up my order. Matthew called me to make sure I was on my way right in the middle of what I am sure is a major lunch rush for you guys. The reason we order from this location is because of the employees. We have the choice to go elsewhere but we choose you! I am not sure what y'all are doing over there but you have fantastic, cheerful, efficient, and caring employees. Matthew and Carly - Pape Machinery appreciates you! Keep up the good work!

This is THE LAST time we eat here! It was terrible pizza! I used to love their pizza but the last few times my order hasn’t been right, I have also been charged twice for the same order. When I called the store they told me I could have a free desert to make up for it. They said “just say that the manager said you could have a free desert with your next order” so I order tonight and I tell the guy over the phone that I am cashing in a free desert I was promised and he wanted to know the manager’s name. I don’t know. They didn’t tell me that I thought they would track it by my name! They know my name when I call! Two small pizzas and a desert and that was $35!!! Papa Murphy’s from now on.

We placed a rather large order for a birthday party to be delivered a couple hours later. The tracker said the driver left at 11;45. it's now 12:28, and no pizzas. The store won't answer the phone. Not happy. Won't order again. 1 hour and 15 minutes late. food is cold.

GOD's CHILD

Normally all is well but this is now the second time in a row this store has been on the disappointment side. The first time the order came over 30 mins late after it said it had left the store. Not to mention I'm only five mins away and tonight, someone called from domino's after the app said the guy was in the area. I pick up just to hear crackling sounds so I called back after the number hung up. No answer! Called the store just for a guy to tell me they have no way to contact the driver instead I had to wait for the driver to return. I told him the guy literally just called. We looked outside and he was no where even in front of the complex. It's really sad when you have a hungry family that has to wait on a meal to be delivered late just to have it sent to the store and then sent back out. The driver called back and apologized and said they never gave him an apartment number so I'm not even blaming the driver because whomever print the address should automatically confirm the apartment number is listed. I felt bad for the driver because it's an inconvenience for him to even have to drive around with inaccurate information. My account has all of my information and I've ordered from this store for several years now. Update... My order finally arrived on the lukewarm side sadly but the kiddos were hungry so I kept it. Omg I opened the pasta just to see it full of mushrooms and barely any sauce. I bout cried. I did call the store and asked for the manager whom apologized and said he'd have a new one remade and sent out. Once again an inconvenience for the driver but I'm hungry and If I force myself to eat what's pictured, I'd probably be throwing up everywhere. The fresh pasta arrived, and it looked too good to be true. I was kind of scared to eat it. I definitely said a prayer over it right before we dug in. It was really neat and full of sauce before I took the photo. Thank you for the remake.
