I keep trying to give this business another try. I've used them on/off for over 5yrs. Ocassionally I get good service with a mani/pedi but mostly I leave unhappy and frustrated. This last time was the last for me!!! My nails got filed down after asking not to. I asked for square shape -I left with round, nail polish is lumpy and they did a horrible job on my cuticles on fingers and toes. My heels feel worse than when I came in. I was asked to wear a mask bc there were too many ppl in the salon...well there were 3ppl for the entire 2 hrs I was there. Im tired of poor customer service after paying top dollar. Don't waste your time or $$$

Not good at all. Guy saw my heel was cracked and proceeded to scrub it aggressively irritating it more. My gel manicure is awful. polish is on my skin surrounding nail.

Always a great place to go for a pedicure or manicure, etc, nice and clean and professional place !
