Zero stars. I regret having both of my cars at Sernio’s. Not only were they milking money from my insurance but have horrible horrible customer service. They never gave updates, they never seemed to know what was going on whenever we called, racially profiled us with another Indian family (which the lady never apologized to us and gave a poor excuse on her behavior), gave us wrong information for 2+ months, and absolutely rude. Save yourself time and money and go to a different location with honest employees and overall better service.

Summary: take a veryyyy long time, don’t update you, give incorrect information, and rude Car was dropped off on jul 2. I called on august 13 for an update and was told on FOUR separate occasions it would be ready on the 15th by two or more different people. Today, on the 15th, I call at 7am and they told me it would be ready sometime today. I didn’t go into work to make plans to pick up the car and I called around 2:30 for an update since the shop closes at 5 and I have yet to hear anything. The lady was rude when I was only looking for answers and all I was trying to do is figure out when and if I need to make arrangements to get my car. I was again told (yelled at actually) that it’s on the schedule to get done today and just wait for a call and that they “spoke to my dad” which they never did bc they don’t even have his number. So I just wait patiently to get my car at that point only to get an updated call around 4 saying they mixed up my car with someone else and the car has further delays and they haven’t even started the body work. Also, the car being repaired is a Corolla which is probably the most common car to repair so I didn’t understand all the delays but there we no updates on what was happening. My car was hit in the middle of the night. I did nothing to cause this accident but I’m being inconvenienced so much and dealing with this shop has made things worse. I understand some things are out of your control but not informing your customer, being rude when they call to ask, being ignorant and giving them incorrect information (because they have the same last name and car model) is unacceptable. I can’t really speak on the repair since the car is not back yet but I regret choosing this place for a repair. Honestly this has been a terrible experience and advise against repairing your car here just bc of how they go about handling business. Not sure if they are just milking insurance hourly rate or are just careless but I’m extremely upset about having to go through them. I just want my car back at this point. I will give an updated review on the repair once I get it back
