Spoke a guy on the phone about setting up a same day appointment which he rudely just said NO when I asked to come in for the day. Then he impatiently informed me it would have to be the next day. I was so discouraged by his terrible phone etiquette and customer service, I hung up the phone on him. I was going to pay cash too. Oh well.

I went into this establishment to get my glasses tightened up and had the pleasure of speaking with Aamiyh,Cortney and Jessica who was the one that eventually fixed my glasses and believe me it wasn’t a easy task she kept at it and finally they were fixed so with that being said thank you ladies for helping me out and for the great customer service skills🙋🏾♀️❤️

I’m not sure why people keep leaving bad reviews based on customer service every time I come here everyone’s really nice. The eye doctor is also great and really nice too. I keep coming back with no issues just smile and they will smile back! 🤷🏼♂️

Do they take medcaid and medicare
It needs to be the pairs on the 69$ wall and I was just there recently and they don't have any sunglasses in that area. think of it as a promotional pricing for regular glasses with plastic lens no coating. it's just a special to get you in the door and then the upsell you from there, but you don't need to accept

Yes, you should be able to get any of thier deals without an exam. Just make sure you have the actual prescription with you so as not to prolong getting your glasses.
