Worst banking experience i have ever encountered. I used to go to this location regularly but now i dont think ill step foot there after experiencing two major panick attacks because of their lack of customer service . Went to the downtown location and got everything i originally needed done with no problems. Ive had this account for over 15 years i did not need to be treated the way they treated me the last two times ive been there. A credit union is looking really good right now.Hi, Keely.
