Yes they do. I've used them both for the same reason and honestly the oregano oil is the best. They have a "throat spray" called an Immune Shot, it's disgusting, but mixed with Manuka honey it'll clear up anything super quickly! It is my go to for any cold/ flu or upper respiratory issue. It's great
