Small parking lot but easy to navigate. It fills up very quickly during the warehouse sales, so get in early. I have never had a negative experience with any staff member. Nice, modern building.

Id try to call but they had a fairly extensive store when i went in there so its very likely.

The repair facility is located within the Monroe building. If you bring the watch to the Factory store, they will have it forwarded to the Repair Center and they will take care of the repair. It is NOT sent anywhere else to be repaired.
