I've never experienced making reservations 3x within 2 weeks just to get the call that they didn't have a car available. My fiancé was in an accident on July 5 and we haven't been able to get a rental at all! We've been told that it's a car shortage or the cars are damaged and it's a waiting list on the few cars they have and the list is backed up for a week. I understand the circumstances but it's so hard to understand when we have try to go on with our every day life without a safe car to drive until our car get repaired! It's very frustrating especially when you're not at fault of an accident. I believe the severity of the customers who's car is damaged and unsafe to drive should be prioritized!!! Enterprise need a better way of communicating with their customers! As well as find a solution to every customer situation ! Two weeks of 3 different reservations and no rental yet.....

Unexceptable is the word of the day. Had a reservation for pick up at 12 noon on 7/15/22. As I was walking in the door, they were calling my phone telling me no cars were available and I may have to wait a couple of hours. Whattt??? As an Enterprise Plus Customer, this is Unexceptable. They didn't even give me an opportunity to make alternate plans. How do you call someone at the same time your appointment is scheduled for? I had a conference to attend in Northern Virginia, and now unfortunately, I will be extremely late. I called the Corporate line and they stated they would check my area for available Cars and call me right back. It's been over an hour and I havent heard anything. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointing...Unexceptable

I just moved to Virginia and my cars brakes started grinding. So I had to put my car in the shop and Enterprise was open on Sunday !!! All the others were closed or closed by the time I could get to Enterprise. I was very happy because I had to report to work at the IRS first thing Monday morning. The employees were so nice and accommodating. Very friendly, one employee sent me positive vibes for the rest of my day which I definitely needed. When my car was ready at Pep Boys, i returned the rental and they dropped me off at Pep Boys! So helpful for a single woman. I have used Enterprise since 2009, I was a manager at Belk and traveled a lot for remodeling stores. I always used Enterprise and you never ever let me down. I can use credit cards , debit cards and always get my deposits back. I am looking for a new car now and will definitely look at Enterprise for a new car. Thank you so much

It’s nice to see a rental car center that has really turned things around for the car game. After a nightmarish experience with Enterprise previously(different location), I had no desire to ever book with them again, but I was desperate. Can I say WHEW! This was a night-and-day contrast! Check-in was smooth as ever and all the staff went above and beyond with grace. I had the pleasure of being helped by Josh Walker. Josh helped me from the start of the day - a kind courtesy call to check on me and let me know my reservation was ready, to then later meeting my particular needs for a rental by shuffling things around, as well as carry on friendly conversation without neglecting service to others. This was truly a stellar experience - all from a place I had never expected to be at again! I couldn’t be more please. This is my new rental location going forward forever now. Thank you, Josh 🙏🏼 You have a loyal customer now.

Yes you can always drop off on Sunday. They have a drop box, make sure you opt in for email copy of receipt that way you can verify charges as soon as they process the car.
It depends on the type of vehicle (economy, standard, etc.) and probably day of the week. Too, the prices are generally higher during a holiday.
If they rented it to you half full, you return it half full. It should be stated in your contract.
They do have 15 passenger vans, just call them and they can set up a rental.
7 minutes by car and 57 minutes by bus
You can get a GPS Garmin separate for any vehicle. None come with GPS integrated.
