Assistant manager Kit yelled in my ear and in my moms ear trying to hurry us and act like we didn’t know how to use a self checkout (which btw i’m an autistic adult) while we were trying to pull up a coupon on self checkout. She kept rolling her eyes at me and my mom and talked to us like misbehaved animals whenever we needed help, even before yelling in our ears. She was extremely rude and made me go into a panic fit and my ear is still ringing from sound sensitivity and the raise of her voice LITERALLY NEXT TO MY HEAD; IN MY EAR. not sure who to call about this but no one needs a job that bad if they’re talking to any customers like that let alone someone with autism and their caregiver… ASSISTANT MANAGAER KIT WAS HER NAME. 03/19/22
