Worst customer service ever and they tricked me. Saying my watch was free the whole time they were lying and trying to get a commission off my purchase. They were so bent up on getting commission that if they are working with you. They will stop helping you to assist another customer. Sold me the wrong ear buds now refuse to take them back without a receipt so I'm stuck paying the bill. Never again Not in Tupelo Ms....

Worst customer service I have ever seen at any store. There was an issue with helping my sister get her phone traded in and when I called to get the situation resolved the STORE MANAGER answered the phone by saying “I have caller id, I know who this and I do not have time for games. What do you want.”I’m sorry to hear this Ms. Ward, That’s not the experience we want for our customers!
