Good selection of displayed and in-stock office supplies and furniture that you can actually inspect while in the store before purchasing. Staff at the checkout counter and business center will call for staff to assist you in other parts of the store as needed. This location in a large, overcrowded shopping center on Ponce de Leon Avenue in Midtown Atlanta has no Staples Office Supply Store-dedicated parking and finding a parking space near the store is a terrible experience with cars speeding along the narrow lanes and pedestrians carelessly rushing into the congested streets. However, when you need help getting items to your car there are staff at Staples who will assist you.

The worst service ever , I had made a order for some business cards but, realized they was the wrong ones , so I called to cancel them and ask how to re order so they would be ready for pickup the next day , which I did reorder , but not before being put on hold with a new associate just to have to tell them all over again. The white guy with brown hair at the desk couldn’t find my code and said my new order I had place had been canceled by another associate and said that I had called the next day and canceled that new order but I never called. So now I get here and my order isn’t able to be fulfilled because there machine is broken I got no email saying my new stuff was canceled. so now it’s close to closing and I’m going to miss my deadline for tomorrow or come close to missing it . They told me that they couldn’t accommodate me or help me with it. None of these staff know what they are doing and it’s so unprofessional here. The manager is not helpful either. You have lost a customer who would have done a lot of business here.
