I have experienced consistently positive service at this very busy post office. Staff is always friendly. Only negative for me is that there's usually only 1 clerk at the counter. They do a very good job with the resources they have.

I am super impressed with your employee, Erica. She was personable and helpful to me and all of the customers she helped while I was there. No one wants to be at the post office at noon when it is at its busiest, but it felt much less stressful here than anywhere else I have gone. There was a line of people into the lobby, but Erica kept things moving and friendly. Honestly, it was the most positive experience I ever had a post office.
