My fiance banks with Wells Fargo and I was actually considering making an account with this branch, considering that I am not originally from Florida but recently moved here. We are renting a house and went in to get assistance for the wiring transaction. I understand the caution and I honestly appreciate the distance they go to make sure there are no fraudulent activity. The worker we had was named Julia Casavant. Instantly she was going into thinking the transaction was not legit and began doing research but when I was showing records of the contact between the agent and I she decided to make disrespectful comments as if since I am younger, I do not know anything or am not capable of doing research before making a decision on transferring a big amount of money. Then she decided to tell her coworker that "she is comfortable with his money". Instantly, I was offended because I am engaged to the man she is wanting to speak about so the money being wired is BOTH of ours and I wouldn't just make a decision without looking into it and making sure it is a smart move for the both of us. She had no reason to make that statement and be insulting. Definitely reconsidering making an account. Customer service is big and she failed.
