Do NOT go to this emergency room unless you're prepared to die. I will never go back there every again. Dr BORGO had awful bedside manner and treated me terribly.

They are incompetent. I asked for my primary care Dr. to please call me so I could actually talk to her instead of going through a nurse. Dr. Dahl failed to call and had a nurse interpret her words. Every Dr there is like this. DONT USE THIS HOSPITAL OR CLINIC!!!!

I have a pre op apt for my 5 year old son here today and the person who scheduled me conformed the wrong time. So I missed his apt at 10am because she confirmed 10:40. Not only did they squeeze me in but they gave me a caribou coffee gift card for the inconvenience. Wow amery. Thank you for fixing the situation and then some. 🙏

Sat there for almost an hour while I seen many people and families go in front of me. I had to ask if I was forgotten somehow. Someone didn't do their job and finish their process to get me to the testing people. I wasted an hour there!!!
