Snowflake tourists from Chicago can't handle a northwoods style motel. It isn't anything spectacular but it's cheap and in town. Are they easy to contact? No. But try any business in the northwoods. I would rather we had a rough motel than another closed business around here.

Overpriced for quality you get but ther is nice bar and grill across the street. No need to drink and drive. Charged more $ for extra people in a room but no extra towels

Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Me a touring bicyclist. No one answering phone. Note on window "will return at 7:00". Waited in town from 5:30 to 7:45, no answer to periodic calls or doorbell. No cars in front of any rooms. Maybe that note is days old and something happened. Curious so posting this review in hopes of a reply.
