There are many aspects of a lease transaction with a construction/relocation component that are not within our direct control. We've been fortunate to have Relofant's oversight on a number of these time-critical projects. They have quite literally saved the day by alerting us and our clients of long lead items, permitting issues, and contractor labor issues well in advance so that alternate strategies could be implemented. They not only get it done right, they deliver the one thing that everybody wants for a major corporate project: No Negative Surprises.

Excellent experience. Arnaldo was our partner through the most challenging aspects of our relocation project and he truly assisted to make sure that everything ran smoothly, took on some battles that I didn't have the time for, helped find more cost effective solutions, and communicated incredibly well throughout the whole project. I couldn't have had asked for a better project manager. Thank you!

Hi Rachel, We appreciate the question, because we often times are confused with moving companies. There are several differences. The first is that Relocation Strategies does not own or operate trucks or directly employee labor used during a move event. With that said, our assigned project managers source and procure the mover for each and everyone of our projects. Our methodology for move management saves the client real dollars, ensure there is no downtime, and that the move is handled by an onsite Relocation Strategies PM, not someone from the clients staff. That's just one difference. The major difference is that we are experts at managing construction, the procurement and installation of IT technologies, procurement and installation of FF&E, the procurement and set up of office services, and the decommissioning of the origin space. All of these activities are required to relocate a company. We can expertly handle all or a select few of them.
Great question Walker. Our role on the project ensures the move is executed seamlessly using the right resource for the move project. We don't actually own trucks. What we do, is expertly define the move scope to ensure our clients get the best move rates and then employ the most qualified move vendor to perform the physical move. We are onsite to host the move bidding bid process and then manage and oversee the entire move event so the client can stay focused on their core business functions.
