Not a bad sandwich, but if you go at lunch time on a weekday, you will wait a bit. Lot of people from Research Park go to grab a quick bite to eat. I waited for almost 20 minutes for my food.

This was the first time I have been here. My co-workers got me hyped up so I figured I would take my son and go. We just left there 20 mins ago and are home. I informed the cashier that we have never ate there before and wanted to try it out. When ordering I kept having to repeat myself which was frustrating and when we finished ordering I didn’t realize that we had to order our extras there as well. I kind of thought it would be like subway… I didnt know any differently. I asked her about that and she didn’t change my order but wrote on the receipt and moved on. I held my tongue bc it just wasn’t worth it no more. So we waited and got our order, this cashier stopped me and I figured she was going to apologize. Nope, she gave me a menu and told me that I would know how to order the right way next time and this would help me. I told her if she would have explained to me in the beginning when I told her that we never been here before than I would have known. I got home and Our subs still didn’t get made right. I tried to call but no one is answering. This place probably is good, but my experience was not a good one at all.

Don't expect anything remotely close to customer service here as they don't care. Put my order in at 10:28, two minutes before they opened for a sandwich to be picked up at 11:25 as I had prior engagements and wanted a quick lunch. Staff hadn't even started on my sandwich and were in no concern to do so. They continue to make orders for people who are walking in and haven't even paid yet.
