Lots of selections on machines, tanning beds are strong and clean, they even have the hydro massage chairs. Staff is knowledgeable.

One of the best gyms I’ve trained at. Small but perfect! Good Environment! The BEST staff!! We have Hammer Strength and metal free weights too. In all it makes a great gym.

I like the gym. The employees are nice and professional. We all deserve a credit for the time they were closed. If one isn't credited, i will cancel my membership once i have used my tanning minutes.We froze all memberships and billing for the entire duration that we were closed. If our billing company made a mistake, please contact us and we will fix it.

Clean usually not crowded at the time I am in the gym. They could use a second squat rack.

I believe from 8 in the morning til 8 at night.

$15 per month is the membership, I can't recall the yearly dues exaclty but it's under $50.
