They look open late at night as their hours indicate. However no one takes your order. If they must temporarily suspend operations then they should commutate that to the customers. When they are taking orders the staff is friendly and very accommodating. More so than most McDonald's.

Usually it's a small upcharge for the bottled water but I don't think they charge for a cup of water.
So give them one star. Plus I would call corporate McDonald's and complain. Also usually on the window of the drive-up it has the owner of the McDonald's phone number you should get it and call them as well. It must be a thing about McDonald's lately because I think the one on Highway 1 in Titusville has gotten to be god-awful ever since they remodeled it there is always a line they don't even know how to go back and forth between the two ordering stations in the drive thru. First time I thought it was a mistake but then it happened two more times.
Never know what you have till u get home and ck your bag. Hate to be sent to the curb when u order ice cream......
