Manager made fun of the way I talk. Also I asked a question about what comes on the crispy chicken sandwich and she said can’t you look and see the sign. Avoid like a plague if you are looking for customer service

Came through the drive thru on the way home from Nashville. My friend and I got a regular sized 4 for 4 and medium sized. They barely filled up the fry carton. Called the store to inform the manager and she was really rude. The sprite tasted disgusting. I worked at Wendy’s for almost two years and this is not how you treat customers, and at my Wendy’s, you fill the carton all the way to the top because that is what they paid for. It’s ridiculous. Fries also were bad. I wouldn’t go here again.

The lady behind the counter was rude. Then she threw my food down on the counter. So rude that the people behind me mentioned it. The order was not correct. I ordered chili and didn't get a spoon.Terrible experience.

I make the drive from fort campbell to cookeville twice every other week and every time I’m hungry when I pass through I stop at this Wendy’s and it’s honestly the best quality Wendy’s I’ve ever had. The fries are always fresh and crispy, and the chicken sandwich is always hot and juicy. My order is always correct including any modifications I may make and any extras like napkins or ketchup is always included and never forgotten. I also work in food service so the great quality this store puts out is so appreciated with the struggles restaurants have had since the pandemic began so wanted to give props to this store!
