There is a guard named Donald Kent and everytime we come through the gate which is often because my son's best friend lives in here, he is very welcoming and makes a point to ask us how we are doing and makes a point to talk to my 15 month son. He is very professional and a polite when we see him.

That's just for the clubhouse, you can enter the neighborhood anytime, there is a 24 hr manned gate
You can have up to 2 pets (cats, dogs, etc.). There is no size limit, however certain aggressive breeds are not acceptable. Such as pitbulls, rottweilers, & chews. The aggressive breed restrictions are common for most gated communities.
