It was really hot out, but it’s a lovely walk. Wild flowers galore! Walk the perimeter and cut through little by little, so you take it all in and can log more miles. It’s wet in the southeast part. There are MTB trails here too. I didn’t see a soul until I crossed one person coming in literally on my way out. Perfect! 🙌🏼🥾💚🌳🌲

Great place for me and my hubby to ride our PEDEGO electric bikes and see some beautiful scenery while getting exercise 👍🏼

Yes! Students hammock here somewhat frequently - but a hammock bugnet is recommended for morning/evening hours as there may be mosquitoes!
Its open to the public
It is always open, 24/7. Open in the sense that it is possible to enter, and not prohibited.
You have a few choices in regards to that respect. 1.the small grass lot in front of the arboretum. 2. Parking garage F, behind addition arena. 3. There may be other small businesses around ucf that'll let you park for free for a small amount of time, and these areas are near the UCF shuttle lines and they are quite extensive. Everyone knows ucf parking and costs are a joke, so there will probably be a few people who are sympathetic that own businesses who will let people use their lot. The first 2 are your best choices.
Yes
You can go on your own. However, take some water and food, plus a gun or a high powered slingshot if you have one. I was followed by a wild animal down there. Plus its very easy to get lost over there.
Yes, but only in certain parts
