Update on a previous review. After my frustration with buying a car which by the way turned out to be a lemon. I could not ask for anyone more caring than the General Manager Chris and his Service Manager Adam. When they found out all I was going through they both jumped in to help me. I want to say Thank you both. You are both outstanding and caring. I also, want to say thank you Ashley for the great job!

My 2021 F-150 was towed to Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna Beach and it was repaired within 24 hours. Since it takes 3 weeks to get a service appointment I was pleasantly surprised at the caliber of service. Awesome place

Update: The GM, Chris, and the Service Manager, Adam went above and beyond when they found out what happened with my mother. They did everything possible to figure out what was going on with the car, provided her with a car to drive in the meantime, and kept her posted on everything. The vehicle wound up having an issue that couldn't be resolved, so they bent over backwards to find her a comparable vehicle at a great deal and assisted her with red carpet treatment. Thank you so much to Chris and Adam for really stepping up and righting a wrong. Original: Buyer Beware: My elderly mother just purchased a used car from them. They were supposed to have the car detailed, inspected, and paperwork ready the next morning. They had not when she got there that afternoon. Hours later, she goes home with the vehicle that was supposedly inspected. The very next morning the check engine light comes on and she has no brake lights. We had the code (P0422) checked to find it needs a fuel pressure regulator. Apparently, in their inspection, they can reset the code so the engine light doesn't come back on right away, thanks to the second mechanic we had to take it to for telling us that. She's now had the vehicle two days and the dealership is refusing to return her calls, neither Darrel or Patrick. She's called the Mullinax closer to her but they can't find where she's purchased a vehicle. This dealership blatantly lied about the inspection, nothing was disclosed, in fact issues were covered up, completely exploiting customers.
