Windsor Hills is around 22 miles from Orlando International Airport. It is around a 25 minute drive (depending on traffic).

While driving your own car is the best way to get to and from theme parks (especially if you are traveling with young kids and are on a very tight timeline). Ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are good options for those who do not wish to drive. Uber & Lyft are more economical than taking a taxi or a third party shuttle to the parks. One-way fare from Orlando International Airport to our resort by Uber / Lyft is approximately $30. To Disney, it could cost you between $6 and $15 one-way depending on the park.

No, we do not permit pets in any of our homes.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our home and its amenities, but we do recognize that sometimes things beyond our control can occur. In the unlikely event of a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us or our property manager anytime. We are available 24×7 to assist you in case of any issues.

Check in time is 4PM (or later) Check out time is by 10AM

You may check-in anytime after 4:00 PM on your day of arrival. The security officers the main gates of Windsor Hills are available 24 x 7. When you arrive at the gates of our resort, please hand over a copy of the Welcome Letter along with your ID to the security officers. They will register you and issue you your gate access code & parking permit and let you into the resort. You may then head to your vacation home and gain access using the access code that was provided to you.

If there is no other check-in or check-out on the day of your arrival or departure, we can certainly accommodate an early check-in or late check-out request at no additional cost. However, please send us a request in advance, so we can check our calendar and schedule with the cleaning company accordingly. However, if we have another guest checking-in or checking-out that day an early check-in / late check-out may not be possible since the cleaners need sufficient time to prepare the house for the next guest.

Absolutely. You are more than welcome to enjoy the resort pool and other resort amenities until late evening on the day of your check-out.

YES! The resort pool, water park and all resort amenities are open 365 days of the year. The resort pool will be heated during the winter.

Yes, we provide complimentary high speed wireless internet in all our homes. The resort pool & clubhouse area has complimentary high speed wireless internet for all guests of the resort.

Yes, we have a full size washer and dryer and iron & ironing board in all our homes. Clothes drying rack to dry wet towels used at the pool also provided. Guest is responsible to purchase laundry detergent and other supplies.

No. We DO NOT have carpets in any of our homes. We’ve got wood look tiles throughout the house (and hardwood floors upstairs for the pool home).

Yes, fresh bed linen and and ample towels are provided in our home for your use. We also provide beach towels for your use in the pool. If you are using the resort pool, we ask that you take only the beach towels to the resort pool and please refrain from taking bath towels out of our home.

Yes, there is free local and long distance phone service within the United States provided in our home for your convenience.

Yes, all our homes are fitted with central air conditioning / heating units.

Yes, all the bedrooms, living rooms and screened-in patios/lanais in our homes have ceiling fans. Additionally, there are a few portable tower fans in the pool homes for your convenience.

Yes, all our homes have a fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, silverware, bakeware, dishes, many small appliances – everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Yes, we have a Keurig as well as a standard digital coffee maker in all our homes.

Yes. All our refrigerator are equipped with built-in ice makers.

Yes. Every bathroom in all our homes is equipped with its own hairdryer.

Yes. We have night lamps / night lights in all bedrooms, living area and hallways in all our homes.

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the home will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company and clean sheets and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

All main rooms have wired smoke detectors. The pool has a security fence around it to keep children safe, and this must be kept secure at all times to comply with Florida state law. Additionally. the sliding door from the living room leading on to the pool area has been equipped with child safety alarm as an added security measure.

Yes we do! Mickey Mouse Villa, Manor, Pad and Farmhouse have full sized cribs. Mickey Mouse Condo & Cottage have “portable” cribs. Additionally, all our properties have a pack n play as well.

Parking in our resort, Windsor Hills is FREE.

All resort amenities are free for all guests of Windsor Hills resort.

There is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool. Swim or play in the pool at your own risk.

Unfortunately, due to liability reasons there is no provision to drop off your luggage at the resort.

All users of the two giant water slides must be at least 42 inches tall, irrespective of age.

The resort pool is a zero depth entry pool. The shallowest part of the pool starts at 0 inches and the deepest part of the pool is 4 feet 10 inches.

Yes, the resort pool is open 365 days a year from 8AM to 10PM. The pool is heated during winter months at no extra cost to our guests.

The new water park in the resort clubhouse is now open. Construction was completed in August 2018. There is no admission fee to use the water park.

Single Stream Recycling is available at the Recreation Area ( Near the Tennis Courts / next to the Overflow Parking Lot).

For the convenience of guests, we have Valet Trash pickup every day except Wednesday and National Holidays. Trash collection begins at 7:00 am, so please put your trash out early in the morning INSIDE the bench located outside your front door. There is no street side collection. Trash must be placed in a 13 gallon trash bag. No loose trash or liquids. Oversize or extra trash can be deposited in any of our four Community Dumpsters: Corner of Comrow St. & Almaton Loop (opposite 2821 Almaton Loop in the condo area.) Next to the Children’s Playground on Dinville St. (next to 2618 Dinville St) Corner of Archfeld and Teascone Blvd at the hilltop. In the Recreation area Parking Lot off of Comrow St. (near the Tennis Courts / Behind 2788 Almaton Loop of the condo area)
