Great store with friendly helpful staff. Tons of inventory and selections. The music mall store in Middletown NY is also an excellent place to find what you're looking for.

**UPDATE** The manager called me and we talked about my experience. He assured me my experience was not typical. I have traded in a number of items and purchased a lot over the past 7-8 years and that was the main reason I was so taken back by my most recent experience. I will try to give them another shot next time I need something. I brought in some pedals and recording stuff to trade. They didn't want to bother with me and told me to sell my stuff online and come back to buy what I wanted. I took their advise, went online, sold my gear, and found what I wanted cheaper on the same site. I'll give you the same advice this store gave me, just go online.

It’s a great store. They have a very good selection of instruments to choose from. And the staff are very helpful and really nice. Anything I asked about that they didn’t have they were able to quickly find it and offer to have it shipped asap. Will definitely come here again!

That's correct. When you ask a question here, you aren't addressing the merchant. You're addressing customers. I don't take trade-ins because I don't sell musical instruments. Alto Music probably does but I don't know for sure.
