Cant say this about the other stores but this store has great customer service! Lou was amazing and such a huge help. My battery kept dying and I only had it for a little over a year, so my mom called the Gatlin store and they said I should bring it in and they can swap it out being that it was still under warranty. So my coworker gives me a jump start and I leave work from US1 and I get there and they didn’t have the battery in stock. So they checked the system and said that this store had 3 in stock and that I should head over there and they would call them to tell them I’m on my way. I get to this store and they didn’t receive a call from the gatlin store and they didn’t have the battery in stock either. So Lou called the Prima Vista store because the system said they had the battery in stock but they said they were closing in 5 minutes and couldn’t wait for me to get there and that I would have to wait until the next day. If when my mom called the Gatlin store and they had checked their inventory beforehand, i could have left work and went straight to the prima vista store instead of driving all over the place. It was a big mess. However, when Lou double checked the back they actually had ONE battery left and was able to swap my bad one out. Thank you again Lou for all your help!!
