I will never support this store again. After spending hundreds of dollars on jewelry that was in the “precious” section, and being promised that the coated jewelry could be worn all of the time and with “no worries”, I was completely lied to by the retail worker. I came back to her (the SAME girl), showed her the condition of what she sold me, and lied that it should never be worn all the time when her selling point EIGHT MONTHS AGO was that she wore hers and never took it off. She scoffed at me, rolled her eyes, and had attitude and I profusely apologized that I came in to talk to them about this and exchange them per the warranty, but her horrible attitude, lies for a sale and then AWFUL service when she saw me again is worth the review. Alex and Ani, you really screwed up. What an awful store, experience, and employee.
