Would you like just a photo of the completed roof? That's all I have personally from my job... may be able to dig up a before picture. My representative (John) explained that they take a lot of photos before, during & after to show the insurance company and my mortgage company as proof work was done. Communication has always been my biggest problem with them, too.

Apex is a great company sometimes the office get overwhelmed working diligently to accommodate all of there customers which grow daily due to the amount of roofs that have damaged due to previous storms I think emailing them is the best way to communicate with them when you cant get them on the phone trust that they are not ignoring you by far just simply the amount of workload put on the office personal can be overwhelming at times

Because Dan a NO Soliciting signs means exactly that....No Soliciting...however you may need to learn what that means. 🤷🏼‍♂️ And if you believe that insurance is dropping you because they are forced to honor the policies they write, I encourage you to do more research on that topic too. Assumptions, well franky they suck....hypothesis are normally better...but facts still remain the best source of information.
