They were very prompt and worked well with my insurance company. Everyone I was I contact with was very professional and nice. Love my new roof! Will definitely recommend them

Chose Apex based on reviews. Quality of materials and installation superior. Issues arose from over charges for materials supposedly supplied and lack of customer service to resolve.. Highly recommend listing materiials supplied, date, quantity and by whom delivered, upon completion, inventory material overages, date picked up and by whom, in effort avoid billing overages, be proactive. Disputes poorly handled, be prepared for the battle.

Apex stood by us through long drawn out litigation with our insurance company. Because of their help we won our case and have a beautiful new roof.

Would you like just a photo of the completed roof? That's all I have personally from my job... may be able to dig up a before picture. My representative (John) explained that they take a lot of photos before, during & after to show the insurance company and my mortgage company as proof work was done. Im sure they would be more than willing to share if you reach out to them. Let me know if you would like John (my representatives number) or his wife that works in the office :)
Communication has always been my biggest problem with them, too.
Apex is a great company sometimes the office get overwhelmed working diligently to accommodate all of there customers which grow daily due to the amount of roofs that have damaged due to previous storms I think emailing them is the best way to communicate with them when you cant get them on the phone trust that they are not ignoring you by far just simply the amount of workload put on the office personal can be overwhelming at times
Because Dan a NO Soliciting signs means exactly that....No Soliciting...however you may need to learn what that means. 🤷🏼♂️ And if you believe that insurance is dropping you because they are forced to honor the policies they write, I encourage you to do more research on that topic too. Assumptions, well franky they suck....hypothesis are normally better...but facts still remain the best source of information.
