I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to fix one of our refrigerators. Appointment was between one and five p.m. Received a call at 5:15 telling me that I had to reschedule and it would be another week. Asked to speak to a manager, got the party line that no one was available. No Problem, lots of competition out there. So now, great happy hour fodder. We know lots of folks and run with numerous circles of friends...they're all going to hear about it.

Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and do great work. However, it takes too long, upwards of three weeks to get an appointment. I have been without a refrigerator for over three months now.
