They have a nice variety of brochures and booklets about the island, and the lady that works there, Tammy, was really helpful, super-nice, and knowledgeable.

What recourse or rights do I have when hotel manager wastes my entire day because he is making me move because he claims he gave me wrong room. I am still sitting here waiting.

Well one thing he isn't a hotel manager this isn't a hotel so we has every bit of right to tell you you were in the wrong room I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting that was 4 months ago

Yes but slowly and worse during season because the traffic in Matlacha from the squareheads can prevent you from getting onto the island
