DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They extort the tenants through parking tickets and fines…72hrs a month per household for guests…That’s right and you are only allowed one car per tenant…. You can’t enjoy and live peacefully and have family members over because they ticket 24/7…. No out of town guest BEWARE!

Actually, it's in the lease, no aggressive dogs! the people that have pitbulls here or any type of the aggressive dog will get a notice to remove the dog or subject to eviction.
