USPS Carrier Annex

Four packages all entered as delivered and left on porch with an exact date and time. Ring camera AND Nest camera show no one came to deliver to our porch , at that time or any other time that day or even week, or was even on our street delivering from USPS. We have checked with all our neighbors, as well. No one stole them, per camera footage, rather they were NEVER delivered. Very sad. These were birthday presents for a child. Golden Gate ANNEX doesn’t even answer their phone. Called all day. Had to file a claim with USPS. Was supposed to get a call from local annex office to follow up. Never got that either. Had same issue several months ago. VERY UNRELIABLE location, unfortunately, for those who must depend on it to actually get their mail and/ or packages. Know many people with same issues from this location. Should be investigated by USPS, at minimum.

Horrible, mailman leaves mail at completely wrong address so half our mail never makes it here. I guess reading between east and west is really hard. I don’t know what is wrong with them but it most be something bad. One year later, I am once again revising my review because this place is still just as bad. Package says it’s delivered, it is not here. Omg I am so surprised it’s not like this has happened 15+ times with this USPS. I can’t even say do better cause it’s not like it’s happening anytime soon.
